The CLIA 2020 Fall Membership Meeting will be a drive-In format to provide for social distancing.
Since we still can't meet as a group, we will conduct our annual elections as a drive-In election, including a dinner-to-go.
Please note you must RSVP by October 1 to pick-up your dinner-to-go.
When: Thursday, October 15
Time: 5 - 7 pm
Where: Coon Lake Community & Senior Center parking lot
You will be able to vote either from your car or by parking and walking up to register, receive a ballot and submit your vote for CLIA officer positions that are up for election (Secretary, Vice President and one Member at Large).
Weather permitting and at your discretion, there will be tables set up for walk by viewing and shopping to include:
Chronicles of Coon Lake
Sale of “Chronicles of Coon Lake” a new book put together by association members, a must for everyone’s coffee table. CLIA members will be the first to have the opportunity to purchase the "Chronicles of Coon Lake" and will be available at the drive-In meeting. The book was written under the auspices of the Coon Lake Improvement Association and initially spearheaded by the late Ken Johnson. This coffee table book records not only the stories but many of the photos that accompany them.

Meals will be provide to those who RSVP to this invitation by October 1. The Route 65 catering team will be on site to prepare the hot food to assure quality and freshness. Dinners will include cheeseburger, potato salad, baked beans, pickle spear and a chocolate chip cookie. Yum!
Thank you for making the trip to vote and view our latest association offerings. Of course, we all must follow the state guidelines by being masked and maintaining social distancing (see specific guidance below).

- Bathroom facilities will NOT be accessible. The Community Center will not be accessible.

- Participants and volunteers agree to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (symptoms typically include fever, cough, and shortness of breath) and, contact CLCSC if he/she experiences symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days after participating or volunteering in this event.
